Saint John Sea Dogs Tickets
Follow the steps below to access your Saint John Sea Dogs mobile tickets and get ready for game day at TD Station.
The Sea Dogs use a separate Ticketmaster Account Manager site for managing your tickets.
If you are a new user, select Sign In, then choose New to Ticketmaster? Sign Up. Enter your name, email address and password.
Important: The email address you use must match the email address associated with your Sea Dogs season tickets.
Your Ticketmaster login information can also be used on Ticketmaster.ca and the Account Manager site.
From your account, go to My Events or Manage Tickets, then select the game or event you want to attend.
Tap the event to view your ticket. A rotating QR code will appear on your screen. This QR code is your ticket.
If you have multiple tickets, swipe across the screen to view each ticket.
When you arrive at TD Station, open your ticket on your smartphone and display the QR code for scanning.
A screenshot of your ticket will not get you in.
Sea Dogs tickets are digital only. Tickets cannot be printed or screenshotted. Your smartphone is your ticket.
Your ticket barcode may not appear until closer to the event date. If you do not immediately see your barcode, check your confirmation email and the event page closer to game day.
Before game day, add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google/Android Wallet. This can make accessing your tickets easier at the venue.
Tickets saved to your phone's wallet can still be accessed if your account is unable to connect at the venue. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available.
Turn your smartphone screen brightness up when presenting your QR code to help with scanning.
